Origin
The Jubaea chilensis, also known as the Chilean wine palm, is a species of palm that originates from the central part of Chile. The plant grows wild along the coastal strip of the Chilean mountains and is one of the southernmost species of palm in the world. In Chile, the palm is mostly found in the forests of the Valparaiso province and in the La Campana National Park.

Characteristics
